Default Putting Module views on Dashboard

Ok, I'm trying to set up Sugar to show me MY information on my homepage (My calls, my meetings, etc) and then a couple charts and my subordinate users information on my dashboard (Salesperson #1's calls, Salesperson #1's meetings, etc). However, I don't have the option of adding module views to my Dashboard, only my homepage...

    Is this possible to do?

It would be ideal to keep my information separate from my teams.

    Thanks!
    Daniel

Ok, anyone have an idea how much work would go into some custom code to get this working in this way?

    Thanks!
