qoutes approval for discounts

Hi there

We are running the info at hand and we want to change the quotes a bit.

At the moment you can assigned approval for a quote according to roles. but we only want to have the quote be made for approval if a discounts has been loaded.

I believe that the Info@hand quotes module was made by them so you will probably need to contact your info@hand support or start looking through the code.

change the discount process via Quote.js, and save the discount value through save.php/Quote.php
