Query failed: INSRET into sugarfeed, MySQL Error 1366

Hi,

To evaluate CRM software, I started testing SUGAR COMMUNITY EDITION 5.2.0k in Japanese.
I installed this edition from Windows Web App Gallery (Windows Web App Gallery - SugarCRM Japanese Version Package) to WinXP-Pro(SP3).

My scheduler job 'function:: pollMonitoredInboxes' often jams to create CASE from outbound-mail.
Could you tell me how to workaround this problem?

Followings are messages at jamming.

Example 1:
Query Failed:INSERT into sugarfeed set id=' ...
::MySQL error 1366: Incorrect string value: '\xE4\xBD' for column 'description' at row 1

Example 2:
Query Failed:INSERT into sugarfeed set id=' ...
::MySQL error 1366: Incorrect string value: '\xE3' for column 'name' at row 1

Example 3:
Query Failed:INSERT into sugarfeed set id=' ...
::MySQL error 1366: Incorrect string value: '\xE3\x81' for column 'name' at row 1

Example 4:
Query Failed:INSERT into sugarfeed set id= ...
::MySQL error 1366: Incorrect string value: '\xE3' for column 'description' at row 1

I found same issue in other thread.

but, it seems to not resolve the issue yet..
Is there anyone who found the resolution?
