query limit of 1000 reached for soap module?

Anybody knows how to fix this for Sugar EXPRESS? The customer is kind of desperate and there is no answer from Sugar expected within the next 12 hours or so.

Take a look in Admin->System Settings, you should be able to find and increase this control.

I would have done so, yes. But this is Express and thus hosted by Sugar. I thought there might be a dirty trick but I guess it's pretty hopeless.

Admin users are affected by the query_limit... can you change the API user to an admin? It's a work around, but I'm trying to see if there's a way we can help you out internally.

I'll ask him tomorrow morning whether he can set up the outlook connection for his colleagues by using the admin user/pwd. I guess that is what you mean?

I think you could also grant the user admin rights and then it wouldn't be an issue.

What actions is the user trying to do within the Outlook plugin that they are seeing this?

They try to sync contacts. But as the sysadmin says there: it's a total mess beecause he believes (and I tend to believe him) that the outlook sync with 2007 and Exchange simply does not work. Apart from the query issue...
