Question about Email

Hello,

We've just recently installed the open source edition on our servers.

When I assign a task or opportunity to an employee is there any way that they can get an auto email notifying them of this new action?

I know the email system is working because when I schedule an appointment, the invitees receive their mails thru the system.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey Nathan,

When Admin assigns any Task/Opportunity to the employees, they can see that as Open Tasks/Opportunities in their Home pages.

Hi nzdvc3, you can enable the "Notify on Assignment" flag. Check out the doco on this.
