I have set up Gmail as a Group Source. I used IMAP. When I set it up it asked me which folder to monitor. I selected Inbox as I have about 20 folders I use to file emails. I did not want to use all the folders just the inbox to montior.

So the first time I went to my email and clicked on it. It seemed that the inbox folder downloaded the message headers as expected. One thing though it sorted them by received date (all the same day since that is when sugar downloaded them)

Question 1: Is there a way to sort them in the window by sent date or something? I was under the impression they would have the same info as GMAIL since IMAP was used.

Question 2: When I revisited the monitored folder and clicked on it, it did not show any new emails. So I right clicked on it and chose "Check for new email" or whatever it was. Then Sugar went and downloaded every single folder from my GMAIL. It took at least 15 minutes as it was all my email for years. Question: How can I limit it to only track the inbox?

Question 3: Now every single time I check my email in this box it has to go through and downloaded each folder and all the messages in it. Am I doing something wrong? Why does it do this every single time?

If there is a manual or something that can help me with figuring out how to use this email client effectively I would really like to read it. So please any and all help is welcomed.

Thanks
