    Question Question - Email Deletion effect cases?

    Hello,

    If I delete emails in my inbox. Will it remove them from case History?

    One should not affect the other. That's assuming you are indeed talking about Inbox, not My Emails (i.e. emails on your server visible via the inbox, versus thus that you've imported into Sugar and linked to a case).

    Well the issue I am having is - When I am in the Emails tab sometimes it will lock up or give me a communication error, This will also happen when I try to log out. So, I thought it may be because my in boxes were too full. Any ideas?

    I am sorry for starting so many threads for so many questions and issues

    No need to apologize. We are all here for the same thing, get help or share our experiences.

    The times I've come across the communication error message you are referring to usually occurs when I click off the "inbox" section to another area within the email client before the inbox has a chance to complete its communication cycle with the mail server.

    Of course, if that cycle is slow in general, the window of time is wider and the chances of it happening are more likely.

    Take note of what you are clicking to see if the above explains your error as well.

    This happens sometimes when one of the following happens:


    1. Like you said, when clicking off the inbox to another folder
    2. Sometimes while writing an email
    3. when trying to log out

    Is there away to stop this issue?
