question - linking info from one module to another

Newbie here:

I am needing to link information from one module to another. As an example, every user (user_info) has an office. The office information (workstation, printer, desk, office number etc) is information in another module (user_office). I need to be able to see (link) the instance of office # 13085 to the user Dane Joe ..

Any help would be appreciated

You cannot do this using studio ... you would need to cut some custom code.
