Default Question marks in Forum threads and posts

Is anyone else having this problem, and can anyone tell me how to solve it? Below is an example of how EVERY post in the forums comes out on my system. It is browser independent. It happens with both normal text and HTML.

This is a test post to show? the strange question? mark? character that is inserted wherever there are two? spaces in a row.? I, and many other people, habitually put two spaces between sentences.? This causes a question mark to be inserted at the end of every sentence.? It does not show up in the screen at the time the post is created.? It only shows up when the post is being viewed.? This part is being typed in normal text mode within a new post in a new thread in the Forums Module.

This paragraph of the sample post is being typed using the HTML FCKEditor functions of the Threads/Posts module.? As you can see, it does? the? same? thing? if I put two spaces in a row, as I just did earlier in this sentence.? This is a frustrating problem I would really like to see fixed.

    Best,

If anyone can reproduce this, I will report it as a bug to SugarCRM. If not, I would appreciate any help with de-bugging my system so that this does not continue. I have all my databases and tables on utf8, so it should not be a character set or collation issue. I don't know where else to look for a solution.

    Help...

    Thanks,
