Questions About Sugar Community Edition

Hello,
I use Sugar CRM Version 6.3.1 (Build 7095),
I have some Question about this.

What are the types of restriction about this version?
For example:
I have the possibility to create 100 Employes and 100 accounts or not?

Example 2:
if i try to assign over than 3 users to some module (call, lead, account etc..) this doesn't work for me...
Cannot see the "assign to" user to View list and also cannot search with this parameter because cannot see more than 3 user in the text box which related to "assing to" field in advanced search.

Can i help me please?
This is bug or restriction?

There is no restriction for the number of accounts etc. you could create.

Assigned-To: Each object is assigned to exactly one user. Others may see it and change it, but only one user is the owner.
