    Default quick and dirty help??

    Hi there. I have added about 40 custom fields to contacts, i just want to find out if there is a quick and dirty for copying it over to leads? else i have to create them again.

    Hi Paul

    If you are using SugarCRM 5.x you can export customization through Studio, it will generate an installer.
    Then you can extract the installer, edit the manifest.php and modify the module for each custom field.
    Zip again the installer and install.
    This will create the same fields in the other module.
    Not a dirty task.
