This may seem obvious... but if I schedule an email to be sent at 09:10 hours and the scheduler is set to fire of at 09:00 hours, if it is set to fire hourly, do I need to want until 10:00 hours to get the mail sent?

If so why would one schedule an email that is different from the scheduler?

Again know this may sound dumb I am just trying to learn this system inside and out before I set up a campaign and screw it up in front of customers
