About LinkBacksI'm not sure if this is known but it probably is. If I do a "Quick Repair and Rebuild" all custom module subpanels will show all records even if they aren't associated with that bean. In order to fix it I have to run a Repair Relationships.

Looks like this was fixed a Bug 19750 in the 5.0.0c release.
