quotas?????

i am unable to creat a quota.
we use pro 5.2 c

i get this message

Quota List

Time Period: You have not been assigned a quota for this time period.

Please help

i have 2 users and well as 5 forcasts etc

I have the same problem. The official documentation is realy bad and official support too. There is a bug on sugarCRM or simply there are some trics to implement quotas?

Did you select a time period prior to trying to create a quota? Also be sure to commit the quota.

for it to work a user has to be reporting to you. dont know why but then it works
