quote totals not calculating

I'm at sugarpro 5.2.0f. Was the quote totaling process broken with this upgrade? Now my quotes do not have the group totals nor the quote totals updated. They are always at 0. I make sure the 'calc-totals' flag is on or '1', but the tax, subtotal, shipping and total fields on the quotes and product_bundles fields are always zero.

Any help is appreciated.
