i have this problem in my Bitrock sugarcrm 4.5.1b (windows xp).
when i put PEPELINE or PARADISE THEME, sugar work very slowly, but when i pute SUGAR CLASSIC THEME, it work very well.
does any one know why?

Just tried this on several of my installs and it seems to work at the same speed no matter which theme I use. I looked at the graphics involved and they seem to be consistent in size as well. I can't think of any reason you would be seeing this.
Can you include specs of your install? PHP version, server, SugarCRM version etc...
