RC to GA upgrade

So I was an idiot when I asked by hosting provider to install Sugar for me, I failed to mention that I wanted 4.5 GA, not 4.5.1 RC. As I have noticed in the downloads section, Sugar will not be providing an upgrade option from RC to GA when 4.5.1 officially comes out. Is anyone planning on creating an upgrade installation? Is there any way for me to effectively back up my system and install the GA without corrupting data or losing data?

easily upgrade with the 4.5.0 to 4.5.1 package. Just had to make a change in the manifesto
