I receive my emails into my inbox - no problem. However, some of the emails I receive are not totally legible. ie. I have to highlight blank areas in the email to reveal text on some messages. Other messages, the text doesn't show up at all. If I select View Display raw email, I can see all the text. Suspect sender is sending html type emails. Should it matter. All email should display properly in SUGAR. If I have the sender send it to another account using MS outlook I have no problem viewing. All text is there. If I try to forward the email, I only get the legible text to me destination account. It is as if I have some control characters in the email that prevent it from being properly displayed.
This is very frustrating. I have no idea how much information I am actually missing.
