Using the Outlook Archive to Sugar option, you can successfully line an email to a Sugar Account or Contact record.

I notice, when editing the archived email in Sugar, the Account / Contact link is not correctly set (just an observation, not the problem here).

Now often, 2 companies might have similarly sounding names and you could accidentally link the email to the wrong company.

When this happens, you would think that you would edit the email, change the account assignment and then save it and it would unlink from the first and relink to the correct company.

It sort of works but what it ends up doing is making the email visible to both companies which it should not as it had nothing to do with the first company.

Unfortunately when you then delete the email from the first company, it deletes it from the correct company as well which is a big problem.

How do we stop this from happening?
