I need to send an email to the Customers in our Sugar DB (about 10,000 of them) with a basic "Yes or No" question, and I need to get the Replies and update their Sugar Record accordingly. I was going to just have them fill out a Web Reply Form ... and manually change Sugar myself ...
HOWEVER I got to think there must be a better way that a Customer can respond AND I can get the Sugar DB updates without doing it all manually. I am just picturing this to be a FANTASTIC way to keep the Sugar data fresh & updated.

Any ideas?
