Recommendations of theme developers

Can anyone recommend a designer/developer that can create a theme for Sugar? We're creating an app based on the sugar platform and interested in changing the "look and feel" of the application that it more closely aligns with our users.

We are also potentially interested in purchasing a theme. The problem is that most themes are a bit kitschy...
