Default recommended method for wiping entire db?

Can anybody tell me what the recommended method is for safely removing all leads/opportunities/contacts/accounts? I have a system I've been experimenting with and, now that I have a better grasp of how SugarCRM works, I'd like to start with a fresh import, without deleting exiting users, prefs, etc.

It would appear that deleting records within the web UI actually retains them in the databases; that's why I ask...

you may delete all data from following tables:
    - Main Tables: accounts, accountys_cstm, contacts, contacts_cstm, opportunities, opportunities_cstm, leads, leads_cstm
    - Relationship Tables (Prefix with) : accounts_, contacts_, leads_ opportunities_

I think there are more tables you have to clean up.
