Recommended Steps for setting up Teams

Hi All
I currently have Sugar CRM Open Source Version 4.5.1i (Build 1176) and TeamsOS_3.3d installed. I am looking for recommendations on how others have implemented teams where you have 2 seperate cost centers within your organization. My goal is to seperate my US business from my Europe business. How have other done this? Is there any good documentation to step me through this process. I apprecaite the help and feedback.

Also, you might need to have 2 completely separate installs of Sugar, depending on your security needs.
