Recording inbound calls

Apologize if this is answered elsewhere, but my search didn't see it. When I get an inbound call (that wasn't scheduled), what's the quickest way to tell Sugar to start recording my notes under the desired account (or contact)?
I see "schedule a call" but I don't want/need to schedule it -- it's happening right now.
I see "create note", but that doesn't allow me to categorize it as an inbound call.
Is there something obvious that I'm clicking right past?

Use the schedule call option and simply change the status to "Held" from its default of "Planned." Doing so will cause it to be recorded as History.
