We've managed to do all the integration to get our B2C customers into Accounts/Contacts and also to put our product catalog (approx 27,500 items) into product_templates. Now, while being able to use Sugar potentially as a tool for building and issuing quotes in the future, right now all order processing is done online thru our own website and all I want to do is pull thru the orders into Sugar against accounts as the missing link for us is stuff like - tracking order fulfillment, knowing what a customer bought from us if he has a problem (and recording cases etc) or wants a discount, seeing our pipeline and history etc This is where Sugar can begin to pay back but the problem is there doesn't seem to be any mention of /orders/ as opposed to quotes in the documentation (at all!) although from the dropdown editor it would appear that someone has thought of it. Is it really absent from the standard product and what do people do to track customer purchase history (from a CRM perspective- ie "ah I see you bught XYZ last year - how are you getting on with it and would you like to look at product ABC to go with it?" ???
All input and feedback appreciated!
Mark
