Default Recreate hidden pixel for campaign email

I am using an existing email template for our campaign email.

So, it doesn't appear that SugarOS 5.2 is adding the hidden pixel so it can update Viewed Messages.

What needs to be done so that we can track that?

I just combed over the SugarOS manual and Google, and while I see notes about the tracker, I don't see how to get it enabled.

    Maybe I'm missing something obvious..

When you create a campaign of type email using the wizard, the wizard will step you through the process of creating the trackers.

    Try it

Sorry, I didn't communicate the issue properly.

I already have trackers setup. That was simple. Thanks SugarOS.

What I was having issues with is the Viewed Message tracker, which YOU DO NOT SETUP.

Apparently this is auto-appended by SugarOS.

What I think I found is that Outlook 2003 doesn't seem to honor the single-pixel auto-tracker sent by SugarOS. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I did OWA and the stat updated.

Viewing the email in Outlook 2003 didn't appear to update anything, even if I clicked "download pictures". (We have our logo in the email.)

Thanks for the quick response though!

OK ... Curious ... I've never had a problem with it ... it just works ... have you tried a control group of Outlook users with a test email?
