I want to use sugar(CRM) services ,1.So i have downloaded
For Windows users:
Bitrock Windows Installer 4.2.1a (54.05 MB EXE) - Installs Apache, MySQL, PHP and SugarCRM on your Windows system.
but am unable to start Apache and Mysql (i.e) unable to open windows.

2.can u guide me the procedure how to do Customer Registration.


so sir as these are urgent for me please guid me as soon as possible.
