Relate custom module to cases

I created a custom module that keeps track of website hosting accounts clients have purchased from my company. I'd like to create a relate field in cases that relates a case to this custom module so that I can associate cases with a hosting account. The module is deployed and working just fine, but when I try to create a custom relate field in cases, I only see the standard modules listed, I do not see my custom module listed. Is there a way to make this happen?

Unfortunately, right now you have to define this by hand outsite of Module Builder. If you search the forums and Wiki there are plenty of posts on this topic.
