Just posted this bug: 44387
Noticed that when using "Relate" within the email manager for emails imported into sugar the autocomplete works only one time. After the relate popup closes the user must refresh email manager for autocomplete to function again. Anyone think of a fix for this? We noticed it a few versions ago.
I noticed that the page contents change once the popup window closes; some of the script gets altered/removed.
I can't seem to figure this one out.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open email manager
2. select "Relate" on an email that is within sugar (already imported)
3. Select contact, account, lead, etc. from drop down menu.
4. Begin typing in relate field to see that autocomple works
5. Close popup
6. select "Relate" from another or the same email.
7. Select contact, account, lead, etc. from drop down menu.
8. Begin typing to see that autocomplete doesn't work
9. Fill out lead name verbatim and notice that it will relate however, one must use the "Select" button to associate to a lead who's name is unknown.
10. Close popup
11. Refresh entire page
12. Select "Relate" from an email.
13. Select contact, account, lead, etc. from drop down menu.
14. notice that autocomplete works again
