Relate Leads to Accounts with subpanel?

I want a relation thats similar to the relation between contacts->accounts for leads->accounts.
So i decided to put a new relate field to leads pointing to accounts via studio.
That field works so far.
But now i dont know how to get a subpanel to the account with all assigned leads.
There is an subpanel for leads already in accounts, but thats only for converted leads, and not what i am looking for.

Any Ideas?

*Edit*: Just for addition: For me there is no problem when i have to remove the original relation lead converted -> account.
