related accounts without create

When you try to use related field in any module, you obtain different results, respect "create" actio

I mean, if you have contacts as a field and press over "select" button in related field type, you have the chance to select or create. Other modules, like Case, hasn't the posibilty of create from the list, simply hasn`t create button.

But If you try, to create an opportunity, press select account, and press "create account" only appear save and cancel, without fields. Accounts has this problem in each module where appear a related field pointing to it.

Some ideas?
