Related field

Hello,
I'm using Sugar 5.1.0b and I have a catalog of concepts created by the module creator using a basic template, it consist in 3 fields, description, area and subarea.
Then from the bug tracker module I need to select the applicable description from this catalog, so I created a realted field pointing to the "catalog" custom module.
In this way I get the field and the buttons select and clear by the right, but when I type a couple of letters it doesnt find any match and if I click on the select button, the catalog opens in a nwe window, but I can't select any field.
Can somebody help me? I don't wnow what I'm missing.

I solved it myself usung the "name" field from the basic template on the module creator as description of my catalog.
