Related field to custom module

I need to create a related field to a Custom module.

I have a custom module to create different versions of offers to customers. When my opportunity goes in 'Closed Won', I would like users to select the version that the customer has chosen.

This Verions Module is already in a many-to-may relationship with Opportunities.

So basically I need a Relate field in the Opportunities Module that is able to choose a version in the list. I would also like to filter this list in the pop-up with only the versions related in this particular opportunity.

Can anyone help?

Nevermind, I just upgraded to 5.1 and the Flex Relate part is covered.
