Can anyone help.
I was lead to believe that Sugar CRM is a relational database, I am trying to form link relational groups so that only relevant information for specific customers is captured, does anyone know how to do this?

Please explain in some more detail what it is that you are trying to do.
And yes, SugarCRM has a relational database as part of the application.
