Relationship between Contacts and Accounts

Hi,

In my CRM I have it setup so as the relationship between Contact and Account is many-to-many -> A contact can belong to more then one Accounts.

I have a Logic Hook that will pull details from the Contacts Accounts in the Contacts information, addresses, Account Numbers, Phone Numbers etc... But because a Contact can have more then one Account there values change to most recent Account added.

I would like to keep it so that no matter how many other Accounts are added to the subpanel of the Contact it will only pull the values from first Account.

How can I achieve this??
