Relationships problem after 5.1RC to 5.1

HI.
After upgrading from 5.1 RC to 5.1 i have noticed that created relationships in 5.1 RC are doubled in 5.1.
The problem is quite difficult cause there is no way to get rid of this. When i will remove the relationships the data lose may appear so i have no clue how to deal with that.

Ok solved.
Somehow rc version multiplied some of the relations adding _1 at the end of modules.
Needed to manually remove the _1 to get it work.
