Remove Admin

I am trying to set up CRM with various users. I would like to have an admin, 2 managers that can delegate tasks, and then 5 employees. Now I don't want these employees to have access to the admin panel as well as the My account link. located in the top right corner. How would I remove those from being accessible. I noticed that if the user is not an admin he/she cannot log in to the web panel.

Well, first off, you can have users log in and not be admins. Just make sure you didn't select 'portal user' or they won't be able to log in. But to remove the My Account link you need to go to the header files in the /themes/Sugar/ or whatever theme that you use and remove the link.
