Remove Clear button from SearchForm

Hello.
I wanted to remove the clear button from the search form on the activites tab. I have defined the listview by default to be only showned only the items of the user that is logged on. With the purpose of having some privacy on data, like in meetings, calls, tasks...
This works fine if i didn't click on the clear button that comes with the search form, when i click in it and than click on Meetings in the left Menu, it shows me all the meetings that are schedulled, and belong to other users.
So i wanted to remove or hide that button whenever i'm in Activities/Calendar module.

You should be able to accomplish all of this via the ACL / Roles.

Create a Role that allows users to only see meetings that they are the owner of, then you don't have to do any custom code.

the problem is that my roles aren't functioning for 2 reasons:

- the selection of users to assign to a role doesn't work because there is an error with the assyncrounous_key on javascript, that nobody explained me yet how can i resolve'it.

. i created a role, that as some limitation, like not beying able to delete records, and others, and then i introduced manualy on the db the users Id's that would belong to that role, butt it doesn't work on Sugar!I can see the list of users that belong to the role butt that role doesn't take efect on the users when using sugar.

What version of Sugar are you using?
Maybe an upgrade / patch is needed on your end?

I've never heard of the Roles having issues before, are there any errors in the log file?

My Version is 4.5.1e (Build 1049), Sugar OS

I don't have any upgrade to do in this moment, because i've done all that was availlable, so i think the problem may be from the javascript that is returning an error when i click the button to select users for that role.
The error is:
Error: asynchronous_key is not defined
File: http:/----/include/JSON.js?s=4.5.1e&c=
Line: 120

I don't know how to fix this, i've posted previously on the developers forum and they say that i have to log out from sugar, clean my cache and then this would work!Butt the fact is that it doesn't work.

I've seen in the logs that the role is created with no problem butt there isn't more information because i can't attach users to the role...
