Remove opt-out link and tracker

Hi,
when sending out an email campaign, Sugar automatically adds an opt-out link and a tracker picture into my emails. These make some mail clients think that my mails are spam and sort them out. Is there a way to remove the link and the picture from mass emails?

Those links do not trigger spam blockers. there may be other thing that triger spam blockers by themselves. Removing the tracker link will tell you who opened the email and who did not. This would defeat the purpose of using a CRM to manage campaigns. You also need to comply with anti-spam law by providing a opt-out link as well This is required by USA by the Canned Spam Act.
