Remove a role from a user

Hi i'm quite new to Sugar so maybe it's a simple question but i can't get it done at them moment.

I've created two roles, and i assigned both roles to a user. Now i want to delete one of the roles from that user but when i push the rem button (user management, select the user, roles at the bottom) it wont remove the role from that user.

I'm using Sugar CE 5.2e

You're doing the correct thing... when you click on the "Rem" (trash can) icon to the right of the user's name, you should see a popup window asking you to confirm the removal. Perhaps that window is popping under another window or being suppressed by a popup blocker?

I get the popup window. When I press ok I the role isn't removed. It's still there.

Try to manually remove it out the DB table roles_users..? Maybe that will work

Thanks for the advice, but this is a workaround.

Next time i when i want to remove a role from a user i´ll get the same error.
So i want to try and solve the problem, nobody else experienced the same problem?

When I delete a role from a user:
1. the role doesn't get deleted after i pushed the "ok" button in the popup window
or 2. i get the explorer error message: this page cannot be displayed message after i pushed the "ok" button in the popup window

Yes i did a Quick repair and rebuild extensions and relationships. Doesn't seem to solve the problem.
