Remove some footer text - not the logo

Hi All

In the footer I would just like to remove the text:

"This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the
GNU General Public License version 3 as published by the Free Software Foundation including the additional permission set forth in the source code header."

I'm aware of the licence and my understanding is that it's ok to remove the above text and leave the logo "Powered by Sugar CRM"" and some other text, but I just want to remove the part above.

Any ideas on just changing this? I have checked thru all the other posts and haven't found the solution that works for just this text.
