Unhappy Removeme (link broken) - Please Help - Urgent

    Hey Guys,
What i thought was a small probmlem has begun to grow.

FYI: I am using SugarCRM 6.01 . This was a fresh install, however i have imported 'data' (via CSV) from our old installation (as upgrading did not work).

Everything is going pretty smothly, however i have now run into problems in regards to the unsubscribe Link.

The link placed at the bottom of a campaign email which states: 'To remove yourself from this email list click here' does not function properly.

The link is set correctly i.e. [DOMAIN]/index.php?entryPoint=removeme&identifier=478babba-3278-d25f-2f18-4c900a0604f9, however this does nothing to the campaign subscription status, nor gives any indication that it did.

    ---
This actually looks like a problem with all modules which use 'index.php?entryPoint=' . This only occured after moving to SugarCRM6

    Sorry...

When someone clicks on the link they are brought the CRM, however they are presented with a login page and nothing else, no error messages nothing. At this point if you check the URL in the location bar of your browser the URL is actually correct (index.php?entryPoint=removeMe......etc)

I understand that the login page is most likely displaying because the user does not have an active session, but this does not make sense considering the 'entryPoint=removeme' part of the URL should not require this..

I actually noticed another function which uses index.php?entryPoint doing the exact same thing (basically linking to index.php however not calling the entryPoint script properly?)

Does this have something to do with the new user password managment features in versions 6/6.01?

I have checked directory permissions (even tried with chmod 777), i have tried a 'repair' using the administration tools. I have no idea how to fix this.....?

hmmm... I haven't run into this error before. Are there any problems with any other GET variables? Anything peculiar in your SugarCRM log file (assuming, of course, that you have set your log file to 'info' or 'debug')?

I have set loging level to debug.....however when i click the link all i get is mysql dump of queries into the log file.....but the queries seem to be related user info.....rather then campaings or removal .....

This makes sense considering its the login page that is displayed when the link is clicked.....

    I can't find any errors?

Are there any specific changes to my system required (i.e. apache php config?)
