About LinkBacksI am a new user so I am learning as I go along.
Does anyone know how to remove a scheduled call form the call lsit without actually deleting the while record?
I have changed status to held but the call still stays in the list.

The call will always be on the list unless you delete it. The status values are used to denote whether it is pending or not.
