Repair Entry Points Fail w/ errors SugarCRM 4.5b

Sugar Version 4.5.0b (Build 1144)
Apache 2 / PHP 4.4.1
MySQL 4.1.21

When I try to repair entry points I get.

I chown everything to my web user and chmod everything to 777 and same result.

I copied over a full copy of Sugar 4.5.0b and things seem to be ok now.
