Server is behind firewall.
Remote user wants access.
We can't allow VPN access for some reason.
What are the options allowing the user to securely interact with the data?

This user has to access to system from web interface was a normal user or he wants to acces and modify files directly as some SSH or FTP access?

Thanks for writing. The user just needs regular access via the web interface. They are an external partner that sells our stuff.
