I am using sugar CE 5.0d.
I think I am missing something, because I can't find howto reply to an email after it has been imported.
Let say I receive a mail.
I go to my inbox in the sugar module
I do 'import to sugar' and relate it to a existing case
What to do if I want to reply or forward it and have the new mail related to the same case.

For the moment, I go in the email module to "My email", open the inbound mail and reply to it or forward it.
Afterwards I go to "sent mail" and relate the sended mail to the case.

not really efficient

Is there an other way to do that ?
