Reply to name and email not working in Campaign email

I can't get the Reply-to Name and Reply-to Address fields to work correctly when I send an email Campaign. I fill in a name and email address but the Reply to name and email address don't get sent with the email. I checked the email header and the Reply-to field is blank and when I click Reply to the email, it goes back to the FROM name and address.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior?
