report issue???!!!???!!!

Hi there

first of the campaign,targets,report etc everything is set to team "campaighn.
user belongs to team campaign.
the users role has all but edit and delete rights for all modules.
can view the campaign, and can view a summery report, but the moment you do a report with details or rows and columns, i get this error.

as admin it works fine.
