I need a way to locate lead and prospect accounts that don’t have a planned call. I frequently find leads and prospect accounts that don’t have a callback scheduled, so my fear is that these prospects will fall off the radar.
It’s imperative that all prospects have a future call planned, and I need a way to recover leads that are falling between the cracks. Some of this can be resolved by reinvesting my team in process diligence; however I want the security of a fail-safe.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
