I would like to track sales for my employees in the opportunity section. I need to be able to see that a deal closed, what the fee was, and if their Credit Card was charged.....or if it was a chargeback, meaning the client decided that they didn't want our service.
I am assuming the best way is just to add the Card Charged and Chargeback field into the opportunities module. My question is this.....what is the easiest way to run a report for the week that shows what was closed and what was chargedback? I need to do this by the week for the company and also break it down per employee.
Also I need a way to track that the commision had been paid in case there is a chargeback. I am just looking for some insight and recommendations how this can be done easily. To mark that commission was paid...a great way would be to search by date and in the list view have a checkbox showing that it was paid....not sure if that is possible...again, any ideas are appreciated.
